The analogies between sailing and the company quickly appear on board: teamwork, long and short term tactics, adaptation to different internal and external factors, the need for effective communication within the team and the will to achieve a common goal. The experience is specifically designed to suit your company's particular needs or corporate values.

On board, each participant will helm the wheel, trim the sails or right the boat while the other members control the mainsail, the genoa and act as tacticians. Then, upon completion of the objective, the members will rotate their positions. We will observe that as the team works together effectively communicating, cooperating with each other: performance and performance increases rapidly.

But we will also perform other activities ashore to continue the development of the corporate values proposed by the client.

• Duration of the team building session 8.30 h.
• After check-in and welcome, we will make a brief description of the activity or corporate event.
• Theoretical part of sailing and basic notions of corporate regattas.
• Preparation of the equipment and practice of what has been learned on the sailboats.
• For an optimal result of a team building day, the characterisation is a fundamental element, it will make us improve the belonging to a team. 
• After the tests, activities and practice on the sailing boats, we return to port for lunch and to recharge our batteries!
• After lunch, we will go sailing and carry out the final corporate regatta test.
• Awards ceremony and socialising in the hospitality lounge. End of the team building session.
