Conditions of hiring

At the scheduled time our staff will wait for you at the port in the Meeting Point of the Port Olímpic or other, depending on the chosen port, to embark in your sailboat.

Sailing experiences are made along the year and every day of the week.

Experiences payment

Payment of the experience must be fully paid up before loading on the sailboat, in accordance with the instructions received in the process of hiring of every experience.

Nautical experiences payment be made by credit card via the virtual POS, PayPal or bank transfer.

Experiences bonds expiration

For those cases where bonds experiences with date pending to be scheduled, without exception ALL bonds will expire at year of being purchased.

Conditions of cancellation of an experience

Nautical experiences may be cancelled in accordance with:

Within 7 days prior to the event, a penalty of 50% over the whole of the service is performed.
Within 72 h hours prior to providing the service there is a 100% penalty.

Please note that the deposit made to confirm the booking is only refundable by 50%,even in the event of force majeure, shall be reimbursed more than 50% of the amountpaid in respect of pre-paid.

The reason for these conditions is that we make a reservation 'block' a sailboat and, blocked for other events or rentals.

Terms of exchange of experience dates

In the event that the customer change of dates, shall include as a new stay and will besubject to cancellation.

Nautical experiences may be changed in accordance with:

Within 15 days prior to the event or more prior to the event there is a change will be a25% penalty.
Within 7 days prior to the event, a penalty of 50% over the whole of the service isperformed.
Within 72 h hours prior to providing the service there is a 100% penalty.

Adverse weather affecting the safety of participants

In case of rain, just before boarding, part of navigation is postponed to the next day, i.e., change the order of activity. Trying to pass it on to the next day and if this is notpossible, was postponed for a day in which we have availability.

Expiration of the experiences to give

Unless expressly stated by BDA Sailing Experience and by force majeure, the experienceswill have a shelf-life of 6 months from the date of purchase. In those cases where, dueto reasons of force majeure, expired experiences may be modified with a penalty of25% of the total value.

Offers Conditions

Prices and offers on the site www.barcodealquiler.com, in no event will be cumulative.In case of concurrence of more than one offer on some experience applies that meanhigher discount to the customer.
